Our Story

A family-owned agency, built around one idea.

Families deserve a vacation planner who treats their trip like it actually matters. That's the whole pitch. Everything else flows from there.

The Beginning

Why "High-Five"?

The agency's name came together the way the best ideas usually do — at the kitchen table, with my wife. We needed a name that felt like the brand we wanted to build: warm, energetic, and unmistakably ours. She suggested "High-Five Adventures," partly because the high-five is, embarrassingly, my signature gesture. Every milestone, every win, every "we just landed your first park-day reservations" moment. A high-five.

"We don't just book your trip — we celebrate it with you."

It turned out to be the perfect name. Because every other travel agency promises great customer service. Polite. Professional. Responsive. Fine. We're built on something different: energy. The high-five is woven into how we work. The confirmation emails. The milestone moments. The "we did it, you're going" texts the morning your dining drops open.

It's a small thing. But small things repeated for thousands of families turn into a brand.

Our Values

Three things we'll never compromise.

These aren't poster values. They're the actual filter we run every business decision through — agent recruiting, client interactions, vendor partnerships. If a strategy fails any of these, we don't do it.

01

Integrity-First

Honesty over short-term profit, every time. No high-pressure sales tactics. No artificial scarcity to rush a decision. If a smaller trip is the right answer, we'll tell you — even though our commission would be smaller.

02

Family-Centric

Family time is sacred. We design itineraries around connection — the right pace, the right dining, the right amount of breathing room. The goal isn't to fit more in. The goal is for parents and kids to actually look at each other.

03

Servant Leadership

We treat our agents and our clients with dignity and fairness — a stewardship, not a transaction. It reflects a personal commitment to leading the way I was led, by people who put others first.

A Note from the Founder

The bigger vision.

High-Five Adventures has been a lifelong dream — to build something my family can run, lead, and pass on. A generational asset. Something built on the kind of values that don't go out of style: faith, family, integrity, and a relentless commitment to treating people the way they deserve to be treated.

My foundation came from my mom — a single mother who taught me what hard work, sacrifice, and quiet strength actually look like. Everything I lead with today, I learned from her first. My wife is a partner in every sense — she didn't just suggest the agency name, she's a co-architect of the vision. Everything we build here is in service of giving other families the kind of memories that last a lifetime.
